SARAH’S CIRCLE PROGRAMMING UPDATE
As we approach spring 2022, we are cautiously optimistic for the future. While the health and safety of our older adults remain our top priorities, we are pleased to report that we are slowly reopening our programming to provide a much needed safe space for our residents and our neighbors each weekday.

Our lunch program has reopened for service every Monday through Friday from 12:00pm to 1:00pm. In partnership with the DC Department of Aging and Community Living (DACL), we provide a hot, home-cooked midday meal to all seniors age 60 and older in need. If you or someone you know would like to enroll in this program, you may stop by any weekday during these hours to fill out an application and get your first meal.

In the coming months, we look forward to reintroducing a wide variety of group programming, including exercise and physical activity, social events, educational seminars on a wide variety of topics, health and nutrition education, and much more. If you have an idea of a program or service that might appeal to the seniors we serve, please call us at (202) 332-1400 ext. 10. We are also looking for volunteers who might be interested in leading activities at our community center in Adams Morgan.

We wish you and your families and friends a healthy spring and hope to welcome you back to Sarah’s Circle soon!
